What are the check-in and check-out times? Standard check-in from 15:00, check-out by 12:00. If you are arriving earlier or later, please let us know in advance and we will do our best to facilitate a smooth check-in or check-out.

Do you offer parking, and is there a charge? We have 10 parking spaces in the CareCenter garage in the basement. CareCenter offers interior and exterior wash and polish, and is happy to prepare the car for you during your stay. Are the rooms equipped with air conditioning? Yes, all rooms are air-conditioned for a comfortable experience. The temperature can be controlled individually in each room, with an adjustment possibility of +/- 3 degrees.

Can beds in some rooms be converted into two single beds? Yes, some rooms can be customized with either a king-size bed or two single beds. Please specify your preferred layout when booking and we'll make sure the room is ready according to your wishes.

Does the hotel have family rooms? Unfortunately, the hotel does not have any family rooms, but we do have a limited number of "connecting" Deluxe rooms (rooms with a door between them) that can accommodate a family of up to 5 people.
